The firm was originally formed in 1989 by two prominent civil defense lawyers, Stephen G. Morgan and Darwin C. Hansen. To this day, Morgan, Minnock, Rice & Miner continues its tradition of providing quality legal representation to its clients in state and federal courts throughout Utah. The firm combines the personal attention characteristic of a smaller firm with the resources typically available at a larger firm.
