Joseph E. Minnock

Mr. Minnock is a member of Morgan, Minnock, Rice & Miner. His fields of practice include insurance defense, insurance coverage, and construction law. He received his bachelor’s degree in economics from Utah State University. He obtained his law degree from the University of Utah College of Law, where he served as a senior staff member of the law review and was a member of the winning team in the Traynor Moot Court Competition. He is author of the comment “Protecting the Insured from an Adhesion Insurance Policy: The Doctrine of Reasonable Expectations in Utah”, published at 1991 Utah Law Review 837. He is a frequent lecturer on issues of insurance coverage and litigation issues. Mr. Minnock is a member of the Utah State Bar and the Defense Research Institute. In addition, he serves as General Counsel to Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Utah, a non-profit mentoring organization.
