Dennis R. James

Dennis has 35 years of experience, including litigation in the areas of business, contracts, real estate, contracting and construction defect, products liability, professional negligence, estate and probate, and personal injury. He earned his MBA and CPA prior to attending law school. Dennis has served as counsel for various business interests, including property developers and contractors, multi-unit property owners and management companies, and small business start-ups. He has also represented insurers and self-insureds in a variety of matters. Dennis is further expanding his practice to include work as a mediator and arbitrator. Dennis recently returned from a 3-year assignment as Mission President over the North Carolina Raleigh Mission.
