Mr. Rice is a member of Morgan, Minnock, Rice & James. He graduated from the University of Utah College of Law in 1991 and is admitted to practice law before the Utah State Courts, United States District Court, and the United States Court of Appeals, Tenth Circuit. As part of his legal training, Mr. Rice worked as a judicial extern for Judge David Sam of the United States District Court in 1990. In his practice, Mr. Rice has developed extensive experience representing retail establishments in all areas of liability including premises liability, premises security, products liability and pharmacy and prescription drug litigation. Mr. Rice also maintains a general insurance defense practice with an emphasis in personal injury defense, automobile, coverage, SIU and property damage.
