Jeffrey C. Miner

Mr. Miner is a member of Morgan, Minnock, Rice & James. He graduated with bachelor's and juris doctor degrees from the University of Utah. During his time at the University of Utah College of Law, he was the Note and Comment Editor of the Journal of Contemporary Law. He has been a member of the Utah Bar since 1995 and is admitted to practice before the Utah Courts, the U.S. District Court, District of Utah, and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Tenth Circuit. His areas of practice include commercial and automobile insurance defense and personal injury litigation. He speaks Spanish fluently.
