Stephen F. Edwards

Mr. Edwards received a bachelor's degree in history from Brigham Young University and a master's degree in organizational psychology from Columbia University. He is a graduate of the University of Utah College of Law and has been admitted to practice law in Utah State courts and the federal district court for the District of Utah.
